80 PROOF is an 80's cover band based out of Houston area. In 2008 they were nominated "Best Cover Band In Houston" by the Houston Press. Quickly becoming one of the most popular bands, 80 PROOF has performed in numerous conventions, festivals, weddings and private events.

80 PROOF has, collectively, over 30 years of performance history. Performing the best of the 80's, combined with a dynamic stage presence, shows the dedication and talent of the band members.

80 PROOF, influenced by bands such as The Cars, Prince, Poison, Journey, Huey Lewis and the News, Motley Crue, Van Halen, Queen, Metallica, Black Sabbath, Black Crowes, Bryan Adams and Don Henley, continues to bring Houston and the surrounding areas powerhouse performances.
